Owners:
Taylor Brown – A master hairstylist and master hair-colorist, Taylor focuses on the individual while his hair designs enhance the clients total look. “Simplicity in style tends to uncomplicate ones life” says Taylor.  Born and raised in the Houston area, Taylor began his career at the prestigious Gregories Hair Etc. Salons.  He quickly worked his way to Artistic Director, responsible for setting trends for the salons, as well as educating the Hair Design Teams.

Taylor and his wife Toni opened their first salon venture in Pasadena, TX in 1980.  Today with two salons and a growing staff of over 55, T’nT is recognized as one of the top salons in the United States.  Taylor, past president of the Cosmetology Advisory Board now divides his time among his salons and family.

A fashion photographer with over 30 years experience, Taylor specializes in before and after photography. Check out some of the amazing before and afters photos on the T’nT website, coming soon!

Toni Brown – Ageless beauty, a mantra Toni lives by and shares with her impressive client list.  A master stylist and colorist with over 35 years in the beauty biz,  Toni has known and personally trained with beauty legends Paul Mitchell, Irvine Rusk and Anthony Mascolo to name a few.

“Continuing education and shared education is the key to success” says Toni.  Co-Owner of T’nT Hair Salons, Toni is a known make-up artist who has worked on numerous photo shoots and fashion shows.  Toni draws her inspiration from travels to many fashion meca’s.  A keen eye for beauty makes Toni a Top Stylist in a crowded field.

Italian in decent, family is first and her passion for fitness runs a close second.

General Manager & Chief Operations Officer:
Michele Savell – “Everyday is a New Opportunity” With over 18 years in the beauty business Michele Savell brings her boundless energy to the T’nT Hair Salon Teams everyday. “That’s the beauty of the business, it enables you to reach out to your staff and guide them towards their dreams” says Michele.

A motivational speaker, director of countless hair shows and fashions shows. Michele enjoys working with people and adhering to the fast pace. Chairman of the Cosmetology Board, Michele has had the opportunity to share her expertise with others in the industry. Other accolades include, Black Belt in Karate, National Make-up Artist, Personal Trainer, wife, mother, daughter and sister. All the above and a do it all attitude puts Michele at the top of her field.
